Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.

This show featured a pre-recorded interview with Josh Pavan from the Prisoner Correspondence Project talking about recent policy changes related to trans prisoners in the federal prison system. We also re-aired an interview with Jarrod Shook conducted by CPR Kingston about the struggle against pay cuts in the federal prison system, including a recent court decision.
Heads up there’s a tech error at the top of the show – it opens with host, Yasmeen, part way through reading a statement about Black History Month that we have been including in our February shows. We also share a story about Ahed Tamimi, a Palestinian teenager who is facing a decade in prison in a military prison in Israel.
