After decades of listening to the poverty situation grow in Hamilton, being the 2nd largest City in Ontario for those living in poverty, it gets more frustrating to hear the City Councillors try and find ways out of using that fund for Social programs.
After many delegations provided in-depth reports from the streets of Hamilton, the council still sent the funds to Poverty Organizations, that make their living from Poverty. There is a difference. You will hear that difference in this show.
