"As most of you probably know, I spent the week following the news coming out of Gaza. I gave up on the major media and and focused on sources that raised the Palestinian narrative and put the horrendous Hamas raid on Israel in historical context. There were not many. Democracy Now and Al Jazeera got most of my attention, and had the most humanitarian focus. So, for most of you who depended on our most popular media sources we feature today voices rarely heard in the main stream. You will hear voices that challenge the lies being told by Israel through the mouths of our government leaders, President Biden being perhaps the worst."
Listeners will hear excerpts of the excellent Democracy Now coverage that present the Palestinian reality. The voices are by Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, journalist Amira Haas, and Columbia University Prof. Rashid Khalidi.
