The central thesis is that, in either scholarly or commonsense terms, major US "military" actions in Korea, Indochina and Iraq are more suited to the term "genocide" than the term "war". This requires considerable explanation and elaboration, but in simple terms the US systematically kills more civilians than armed enemies and inflicts far more damage on non-military than military targets.
