Women are 51 percent of the population, but that slim majority hasn't quite given them the edge in securing equal rights and protections under the Constitution. Now, 30 years after the Equal Rights Amendment seemed dead and gone, it's back. At the fore of Virginia's fight to ratify are Eileen Davis, cofounder of WomenMatterUseYourPower.com; Pat Fishback, former president of the Virginia Equal Rights Amendment Ratification Council, Andrea Miller, deputy national field director for Progressive Democrats of America. And Monroe Park was once a centerpiece for the city of Richmond, but today it's a home to many of the city's homeless -- and it's also becoming a battleground over gentrification efforts and the rights and dignity of the city's disadvantaged. Charles Woodson, a member of the Monroe Park Advisory Council, speaks.
