On April 13, a Kigali lawyer was taken away by authorities who denied knowing his whereabouts. On April 22nd, the police announced he had been in custody but had committed suicide. Justin Bahunga points out this is not an uncommon event. Too many organizations identified as humanitarian or democratic visit Kagame and pretend not to see his crimes.
