Back in the USSR marks the 100th anniversary of an event which may very well be the most significant in modern times – the Russian Revolution of 1917 and specifically the seizure of power by the Bolshevik Party, led by Vladimir Lenin, in what became known and celebrated as Red October. The world’s first socialist revolution and a true historical milestone for countless millions of working and oppressed people all over the world, not just in Russia. This episode focuses on its worldwide impact.
