Phil comments on the 1885 hanging of the Metis resistance leader, Louis Riel in Regina; noting that we must at the same time remember that 8 members of the Cree nation were also hanged by John A. MacDonald's government in Battleford, Northwest-Territories. At trial they had neither lawyers nor translators.

Phil also discusses the NFL's plantation mentality. If they boycott Kaepernick, we boycott the NFL.
