Health Care Navigator Katherine Rollins explains what you need to do to enroll, re-enroll or change health care plans for 2017 now that open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act (or ObamaCare) started on November 1, 2016 and goes through January 31, 2017. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” you’ll learn how TitleMax and its parent company were fined $9 million fine is for lying, cheating and stealing from borrowers in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, but not Virginia.
