The rhetoric from Washington about hospitals and civilian deaths in terrorist occupied eastern Allepo is designed to justify saving the ruthless extremists sent into Syria in the first place by the US, the Saudis and others. There is no evidence presented of any deliberate targeting of civilians or medical facilities.

Instead there is growing evidence of involvement of Western-backed so-called humanitarian organizations, such as the White Helmets, working hand-in-glove with the terrorists.
