Health Law attorney Jill Hanken at the Virginia Poverty Law Center explains the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court which upheld the legality of health insurance subsidies in all fifty states and what is needed to close the health care gap in Virginia. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” we describe new Social Security rules which require that all evidence be submitted as part of a disability determination.
