TWO YEARS LATER, THE SUBJECT OF RECONSTRUCTION AND THE BILLIONS IN AID RAISED DURING THE CRISIS PERIODICALLY MAKES THE NEWS BUT LITTLE IS MENTIONED ABOUT THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF AN ESTIMATED 500,000 STILL IN REFUGEE CAMPS.

ON FRIDAY, THE EDITORS OF A NEW BOOK ENTITLED "TECTONIC SHIFTS: HAITI SINCE THE EARTH QUAKE", AND 4 OF THE 46 WHO CONTRIBUTED ARTICLES AND INTERVIEWS MAKING UP THE BOOK, WERE AT THE BRECHT FORUM IN MANHATTAN FOR A DISCUSSION ON THE REALITIES ON THE GROUND IN HAITI.
