Victor Clark Alfaro, founder and director of the Binational Center for Human Rights in Tijuana and lecturer in the Latin American Studies Department at UC San Diego, talks with jim about the work of the Binational Center for Human Rights. Victor gives his perspective on the new anti-immigrant Arizona law (SB 1070) and migration conditions in general. He also talks about the necessary evil of coyotes or human smugglers.
