The grandmother-of-five alleges the “toxic” culture at the Hartcliffe Way street cleaning depot included: on-duty cocaine use by a street cleaner who allegedly still works at Bristol Waste - 18 physical assaults against Ms Probert by another employee - around 20 men bullying, verbally abusing and refusing to work with Ms Probert - colleagues spitting on the floor near her and branding her a “snake with t***” and “witch” - “lazy” street cleaners refusing to get out of Bristol Waste vans to clean the city’s streets. - Ms Probert, of Filton, said: “The abuse was constant.
